Residence

Check-in time is 14:00, check-out time is 12:00.
You can come to the hotel sooner or later, you should discuss this with the hotel administrator.
- Early check-in from 00:00 is paid as 100% of the rate per night, check-in from 06:00 to 14:00 is paid in the amount of 50% of the cost of one day stay.
- Check-out from 12:00 to 18:00 - 50% of the cost per night, check-out after 18:00 - 100% of the cost of the night.
- Minimum stay two days (from 1.06. on 30.06), three days (from 01.07. on 31.08.)

- Accommodation in "Solomare" - only upon presentation of a passport or other
document (with photo), identity. This is necessary for each guest of the hotel.
Children must have a birth certificate or passport.
- No Smoking in our rooms. We ask You to respect other guests and rules
our hotel. Penalty for Smoking in the hotel room or in non-Smoking areas
provided for Smoking - 1000,00 UAH.
- You can't live with Pets.
- For children under 3 years old, we provide a baby cot free of charge upon request.
Children under 6 years old can live with you for free without providing extra bed and Breakfast.
- After arrival - cleaning, change of bed linen and towels every 3 days.
